PMT140 Dual-channel version offers two fully isolated measurement channels, making it suitable for applications requiring redundancy in critical measurements or simultaneous monitoring of two separate processes. Each channel operates independently, ensuring reliable and accurate readings without cross-interference.
PMT140 measures the electrochemical potential of pH, ORP (oxidation-reduction potential), and ISE (ion-selective electrode) probes. Temperature is measured simultaneously and compensation is applied automatically, ensuring accurate readings across varying process conditions.
The transmitter covers a measurement range of −2000 to +2000 mV and 0 to 14 pH. Accurate temperature compensation is provided via a Pt1000 integrated directly into the probe. Calibration is straightforward and automatic, supporting both standard and custom buffer solutions.
Configuration and operation are flexible. The transmitter can be accessed wirelessly via Bluetooth using the EliarSmart mobile application, enabling fast setup, parameter adjustment, and diagnostics without direct physical access. Wi-Fi connectivity and an embedded web server provide remote access and reduce cabling requirements — particularly valuable in distributed or hard-to-reach installations.
Wiring and commissioning are further simplified by the M12 connector, and a wide selection of probes and process accessories is available to suit different temperature ranges and operating conditions.
