Inductive conductivity transmitter for multi-process industrial applications including CIP systems, process water circuits, chemical handling, and utility monitoring. Designed for reliable conductivity measurement in aggressive media, elevated temperatures, and demanding continuous-operation environments.
ICT200 is engineered for industrial processes where fouling, drift, and frequent maintenance create limitations for traditional contacting conductivity sensors.
Its inductive (toroidal) measurement principle eliminates direct electrode contact with the medium, preventing electrode fouling and ensuring stable long-term performance even under continuously changing chemical conditions.
Six configurable measurement ranges spanning 0.1–2000 mS/cm cover the full conductivity spectrum of industrial applications, from trace-level process water to high-concentration chemical streams — all within a single device.
The integrated 2.8” touchscreen provides real-time conductivity, concentration, and temperature values directly at the measurement point. Dual isolated 4–20 mA outputs transmit conductivity (or concentration) and temperature simultaneously to control systems for seamless integration.
Built-in concentration tables enable direct weight-percent measurement for common process chemicals such as NaCl, NaOH, Na₂SO₄, and H₃PO₄. The device supports multiple chemical profiles, enabling measurement of different process media using selectable concentration models.
Temperature compensation type can be selected digitally via input, allowing adaptation to different process conditions and chemical behaviors within the same installation.
Commissioning and configuration are simplified through the EliarSmart mobile application, enabling fast setup, parameter adjustment, and diagnostics without direct physical access. Wi-Fi communication capability reduces cabling requirements and supports flexible system integration, particularly in distributed or hard-to-reach installations.
