Product Details

ICT200 is an inductive conductivity transmitter designed for demanding industrial process environments where aggressive chemicals, elevated temperatures, and continuous operation place high demands on measurement reliability.

Its robust PEEK body withstands process temperatures up to 140 °C and offers excellent chemical resistance across a wide range of applications. The inductive (toroidal) measurement principle eliminates electrode fouling and drift — no electrodes are exposed to the medium — significantly reducing calibration and maintenance requirements over the sensor lifetime.

The fixed 0–200 mS/cm measurement range is optimized for medium-to-high conductivity applications, delivering accurate and stable readings. Dual isolated 4–20 mA outputs enable simultaneous transmission of conductivity or concentration and temperature to the control system.

Built-in concentration tables provide direct weight-percent readings for NaCl, NaOH, Na₂SO₄, and H₃PO₄. Custom concentration tables can be implemented for application-specific process fluids, reducing reliance on routine lab sampling.

The integrated 2.8" touchscreen displays real-time measurement values, supports intuitive configuration, and provides access to diagnostic information directly at the installation point.
