Preconfigured for OEM integration with a single fixed measurement range, predefined conductivity compensation parameters, and matched I/O settings — ready to install without additional setup.
Its inductive measurement principle eliminates electrode fouling and drift, removing the need for field recalibration and extending service life without maintenance intervention.
The measurement range is factory-set to match the OEM application. Compensation parameters and both I/O outputs are configured at the point of order, so the device operates correctly from first installation.
Dual isolated 4–20 mA outputs are preset to deliver conductivity or concentration plus temperature directly to the control system.
One concentration table is configured at final product stage, providing direct weight-percent output for the target process chemistry — NaCl, NaOH, Na₂SO₄, H₃PO₄, or a custom formulation.
Available in a wide range of process connections to suit varying installation requirements. White labeling is supported for OEMs requiring branded instrumentation within their own product line.
