Inductive conductivity transmitter for chemical concentration measurement in demanding industrial processes. Designed for reliable monitoring in aggressive media, elevated temperatures, and installations where access to the measurement point is limited or maintenance is difficult.
ICT200 is engineered for robust operation in harsh chemical environments where traditional contacting sensors suffer from fouling, drift, and frequent recalibration requirements.
Its inductive (toroidal) measurement principle eliminates electrode contact with the medium, preventing fouling and ensuring long-term signal stability even in continuously changing process chemistry.
Wide 0–500 mS/cm measurement range is optimized for medium-to-high conductivity applications, providing accurate concentration monitoring without unnecessary range complexity. This makes it well-suited for process tanks, dosing systems, and chemical storage or circulation loops.
The integrated 2.8” touchscreen provides real-time conductivity, concentration, and temperature readings directly at the installation point. Dual isolated 4–20 mA outputs enable transmission of conductivity (or concentration) and temperature to control systems.
Built-in concentration tables provide direct weight-percent measurement for common chemicals such as NaCl, NaOH, Na₂SO₄, and H₃PO₄. Custom concentration tables can be configured for application-specific process fluids.
Commissioning is simplified through the EliarSmart mobile application, enabling fast setup and configuration without direct access to the device in hard-to-reach locations. Wi-Fi communication capability reduces cabling requirements and allows flexible integration into modern control architectures.
