Product Details
The ICT200 Textile is built specifically for textile wet processing environments where aggressive dye chemicals and high temperatures are part of daily operations.
Its PEEK body withstands process temperatures up to 140°C and resists the aggressive chemicals used in dyeing and finishing — without the maintenance burden of traditional contacting sensors. Inductive (toroidal) measurement means the sensor never touches the medium directly, eliminating electrode fouling, drift, and the need for calibration.
The 200 mS/cm single measurement range is optimized for the conductivity levels found in textile dye baths and CIP solutions, providing accurate readings without unnecessary range complexity. Dual isolated 4–20 mA outputs transmit conductivity (or concentration) and temperature simultaneously to your control system.
Built-in concentration output delivers direct weight-percent readings for NaCl, NaOH, Na₂SO₄, and H₃PO₄, plus custom concentration tables for proprietary chemical blends. This eliminates lab sampling for routine concentration checks.
The 2.8" touchscreen display provides real-time readings, configuration access, and diagnostic information directly at the measurement point.
