The ICT200 Textile is configured for textile wet processing environments where aggressive dye chemicals, elevated temperatures, and long operating cycles quickly create maintenance problems for contacting sensors.

Its inductive measurement principle eliminates electrode fouling and drift because the sensor does not rely on exposed measuring electrodes in contact with the medium. That reduces recalibration frequency and improves stability in dyehouses where process chemistry changes often.

The 0–200 mS/cm single range is selected specifically for textile dye bath concentration monitoring and CIP solution verification. Instead of offering excess range, this variant is tuned for the conductivity values most commonly found in textile operations.

The integrated 2.8” touchscreen gives operators real-time conductivity, concentration, and temperature at the measurement point, while dual isolated 4–20 mA outputs send conductivity or concentration plus temperature directly to the control system.

Built-in concentration tables provide direct weight-percent output for NaCl, NaOH, Na₂SO₄, and H₃PO₄. Custom concentration tables can also be added for proprietary process chemistry.
